History Project

I have been really bad about posting lately. I wanted to post Jamie's history project. She had read about Molly Pitcher some time ago. We just got around to doing the project. Molly was known for taking pitchers of cool spring water to the men at the battle of Monmouth. She also fed the men and dressed their wounds. She made Johnnycakes for them to eat. They are made from cornmeal and can be served like pancakes with butter and syrup.

She's turning into a real good cook. Yummy!
